Captive Audience DVD
If you are interested in receiving a DVD copy of “Captive Audience,” a joint production between KVIE, Channel 6 television and the University of California, Davis, please fill out and submit this form.
The DVDs are available for pick-up in room 334 of Mrak Hall, UC Davis, Monday–Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The DVDs cost $4.70 each, payable by a check made out to the UC Board of Regents. If you want a DVD mailed to you, the total cost, including shipping and handling, is $8.80.
